3 av fire vegger på den nye slippen på Ballstad er utsmykket av kunstneren Scott Thoe, med motiver fra naturen på Ballstad, båten, fisket og arbeidet.

Utført på plater / moduler sprøytet med acrylmaling. Arbeidet ble fullført til Kongen og Dronningens besøk i Lofoten august 1992.

Description:
Three of the four walls of the new hall at the boat yard have been decorated by the artist Scott Thoe with elements from the natural surroundings in Ballstad, boats, fishing, and other types of local work.

The artwork was created by spraying acrylic paint onto the various modules, and was completed in time for the King and Queen's visit to Lofoten in August 1992.
